With 1.4 million members worldwide, Rotary is becoming a critical partner in the fight to end malaria for good. We're on the ground, training and supporting Community Health Workers who provide education, testing, and treatment for malaria in underserved communities.

The upcoming Global Malaria Eradication Conference (GMEC) is a pivotal event. It will provide Rotarians and partners with the information, inspiration, and tools to advocate for Rotary International to adopt malaria as a key priority and engage in programmatic work that helps eliminate malaria in endemic regions.
GMEC 2025 is not just a conference; it's a turning point. It's an opportunity for Rotarians to join the movement, learn how to advocate for change, secure funding, and work with communities.

We encourage younger Rotarians to participate in this exciting conference. To this end, we are reducing the registration fee to $50 for any student or Rotaractor.
We recommend you register early. The number of attendees is limited, and registration will be closed once we reach capacity.

GMEC 2025 Event Overview
GMEC 2025 will be a one-day event on Friday, 20 June 2025, in Calgary, Canada. It precedes the Rotary International Annual Convention that begins Saturday, 21 June 2025, in Calgary.
The event will take place at the Calgary TELUS Convention Center strategically situated in the city center. The venue connects directly to major hotels via skywalks and is just two light rail stops from the main Rotary International convention venue.
